Minnesota Healthcare Network (MHN) provides a vast array of business services to ensure the viability and success of its member clinics. Some of these services may also be purchased by non-member clinics.
Minnesota Healthcare Network (MHN) is governed by a 13 member board that is elected by its member clinics. In addition, there is a Finance Committee and Advisory Committee comprised of representatives from member clinics. These committees meet on set schedules and report their activities at each bi-monthly Board Meeting.
The Medical Director is a practicing primary care physician from one of the member clinics. The other 12 board seats consist of eight physicians and four clinic administrators. There is representation for family practice, internal medicine and pediatrics. Board members serve three-year terms and elections are held each March.
Board meetings are open to all member clinics. In addition there are quarterly member clinic meetings.
In addition to the services offered to members of Minnesota Healthcare Network, other critical services are available through MHN’s subsidiary organization, Triium. Triium helps independent practices remain competitive by offering solutions that save clinics time and money.
