Minnesota Healthcare Network serves as a representative of physicians in private practice by providing a variety of business services including payer contracting, data analysis, chronic care management programs, group purchasing and more. 

What is a care system (or network)? 

A care system network is a collection of physicians, providers and possibly facilities that provide or arrange for the full continuum of care. Minnesota Healthcare Network is an independent, physician-owned care system.  Others may be owned by a hospital system or a health plan.  Often times, the care system contracts on behalf of its members with health plans.
